Benchmarks become a first-class part of the test suite. Run them from the command line or straight from the editor, save a baseline, and compare every future run against it — with statistics deciding what counts as a real change, so noise is never dressed up as a result. Regressions beyond your chosen threshold fail the build and show up as warnings right on the offending code. Trends, stability runs, and one-click profiling included.
